Fayemi Appoints Awe, Ropo Adesanya, others into Odu’a Boards

Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi has approved the appointment of some prominent citizens of the state to serve on the boards of Odu’a Investment Company Limited, owned jointly by governments of the southwest states.

According to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Yinka Oyebode, "the nominees include Jide Awe, immediate past State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, who is to serve as a director on the board of Nigerite Limited.

"Others are: Chief Dele Okeya, member Odu’a Investment Limited; Chief Ropo Adesanya, Chairman, Wemabod Estate limited; and Chief (Mrs ) Ronke Okunsanya, Member of Board,
 Western Hotels Ltd.

"Also on the list are: Barrister Amire Kolade, member,  Glanvill Enthoven Insurance Brokers Ltd; and Mrs Funke Olugboji, member Lagos Airport Hotel, Limited.

"The appointments take immediate effect".
