Accord Will Dislodge PDP, APC in Ekiti - Okupe

A national leader of the Accord Party, Dr Doyin Okupe has stated that the party will dislodge the People's Democratic Party and All Progressive Congress during the governorship election in Ekiti State come 2018.

The former PDP stalwarts made this declaration in Ado Ekiti during State Congress of the Accord Party while receiving the new leadership of the party in the State. He also welcomed those who decamped from the People's Democratic party and the All Progressive Congress.

Okupe who disclosed that he was instrumental to the emergence of Governor Ago Fayose in Ekiti said, "God has already departed from Fayose and PDP, I can assure you that come 2018 Akogun Banji Ojo of the Accord Party will emerge as the new Governor of Ekiti State."

More Encomia As Bimbo Daramola Bags Ekiti All Star Award

Encomia have kept coming in to extol the good virtues of a governorship aspirant under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Mr Bimbo Daramola who celebrated his golden jubilee recently just as he bagged an award at the All Star Concert & Humanitarian Awards presentation in Ado Ekiti.

 The event was organized to showcase Ekiti Talents and Stars to the world and to bring more encouragement to developing youths. Buhari Will Follow Due Process in 2019 - Tinubu

All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu said yesterday that President Muhammadu Buhari’s nomination for second term will follow the due process.

He told reporters after a meeting with Afenifere leader Chief Reuben Fasoranti in Akure, the Ondo State capital, that the President is a believer in “rule of law and due process”.

On Buhari’s return bid in 2019, Tinubu said:   ”I have not heard about that and the APC spokesman has not said that.

“No governor can appropriate the power of endorsement to himself.

“President Buhari is a believer in process. The Buhari I know believes in rule of law and due process.

Kola Alabi Celebrates Birthday with Less Privileged

 A Governorship Aspirant under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Mr Kola Alabi, Will today celebrate his birthday with the less privileged and motherless babies home in Ekiti State.
In a Brief chat with the Fountain Newsbreaker, his Director General, Hon Toba Adaramola disclosed that Mr Kola Alabi had always been identifying with the motherless babies and the less privileged in the society.

Adaramola who was the former Chairman of Irepodun/Ifelodun said "unlike some politician who are being pushed around because of ambition, Kola Alabi has always devoted his whole life to helping people even when he was not in politics. He is a promise keeper who would not say one thing and mean something else."
